Wild Butterfly Fashions is not responsible for package(s) that shows complete delivery. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact your local post office.             

We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier for orders placed within the United States.

LOST/ STOLEN PACKAGES

Wild Butterfly Fashions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered for an address entered for an order.  Wild Butterfly Fashions will confirm delivery to address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate, by request of the customer. Tracking information will also be available to the customer for this purpose upon shipment of the package.
